Closely following the global trend of green, heavy-duty, and intelligent logistics, CAMC International has officially launched its all-new upgraded new energy tractor, built on the mature "electric + alcohol-hydrogen" dual technology platform. This upgraded model integrates breakthroughs in power performance, energy efficiency, safety protection, and intelligent interconnection, delivering stronger power, lower energy consumption, higher safety, and smarter operation. It fully adapts to port haulage, heavy-duty mining, long-haul logistics, and engineering construction scenarios worldwide, helping global customers reduce costs, increase efficiency, and practice low-carbon transportation while showcasing China’s leading strength in high-end new energy commercial vehicles.

In terms of power performance, the all-new upgraded new energy tractor achieves comprehensive improvement. The pure electric version is equipped with a CATL 600kWh high-energy-density lithium iron phosphate battery (456Ah), matched with a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor with a peak power of 360kW and maximum torque of 2100N·m, providing instant strong power and stable output even under full-load climbing conditions. It supports 2C fast charging and 3–5 minutes ultra-fast battery swapping dual energy supply modes: fast charging for 60 minutes delivers a range of over 400km, while battery swapping enables "refueling in seconds," completely solving the range anxiety and long charging time pain points of traditional new energy tractors. The methanol hybrid version is powered by a FARIZON 13L methanol engine (460hp) paired with a 12-speed AMT gearbox, with a dual fuel tank of 510L+620L for a range of over 1000km, achieving zero sulfide emissions and 18%–32% lower operating costs than diesel tractors.

Safety and reliability are core advantages of the upgraded model. The vehicle body adopts high-strength steel integral stamping and welding, with key structures optimized via CAE finite element analysis, significantly improving collision resistance and torsional rigidity. The battery pack is protected by an all-aluminum alloy explosion-proof shell, with multiple safety protections including overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, and collision power-off, and has passed ECE R100, CE and other international certifications. It is equipped with ABS, EBD, ESC, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, and 360° panoramic camera, with a braking distance of only 47.95m at 80km/h, ensuring all-weather driving safety. After 700,000 kilometers of rigorous testing in extreme environments such as high temperature, cold, and heavy load, the vehicle has low failure rate and strong durability, fully adapting to high-intensity continuous operation requirements.

In terms of intelligence and comfort, the new generation of intelligent interconnected cockpit is adopted, equipped with a 12.3-inch smart touch screen, supporting 5G remote monitoring, vehicle fault self-diagnosis, and remote upgrade functions. The air suspension seat with ventilation and heating, electric sunroof, and ultra-quiet cabin design reduce driver fatigue and improve long-distance driving comfort. The Hanma 9-speed AMT gearbox features easy operation and high transmission efficiency, paired with a high-power motor for quick response and smooth handling, adapting to various complex road conditions and improving transportation efficiency.

In terms of global adaptation and after-sales service, the all-new upgraded new energy tractor complies with Euro VI, China VI and other strict emission standards, with zero emissions, low noise, and no pollution, making it suitable for environmental protection restricted areas, ports, and urban areas. It has been exported in bulk to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and other regions, with a perfect overseas service system and 5-year warranty for the core battery, 1-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty for the chassis, providing customers with worry-free after-sales support.
