Recently, a delegation of overseas customers from Mongolia specially visited the CAMC international production base to conduct on-site factory inspections. The core purpose of this visit is to conduct on-site inspections and performance tests of the Xinghan G2 series electric tractor, and to deeply discuss future bulk procurement and regional cooperation matters. The team conducted on-site visits to the vehicle parking area and production testing area, closely inspected the details of the actual vehicles, and completed in-depth exchanges on the local transportation conditions in Mongolia. This visit further solidified the cooperation foundation of CAMC International in deepening its cultivation of the Central Asian commercial vehicle market.
On the day of the visit, the customer team arrived at the finished vehicle parking lot and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Star Han G2 gray main tractor in real photos. The staff provided the delegation with a detailed introduction to the vehicle architecture, three electric configuration, and chassis tuning design of this model. Customers inspected key parts such as the cab workmanship, battery protection structure, traction chassis, and braking system one by one, and personally inspected the body process, wiring harness layout, and heavy-duty adaptation structure.
The neatly arranged multiple light green new energy tractors in the background also allow customers to intuitively feel CAMC International's abundant production and stocking capabilities as well as rich product line reserves. The customer made targeted inquiries about the rigidity and ground clearance of the entire vehicle based on the road conditions standards for long-distance freight and mining area transportation in Mongolia, and completed multiple basic vehicle condition verifications on site. During the inspection gap, both parties took a group photo in front of the Xinghan G2 tractor to record the on-site inspection trip.
During the exchange and discussion session, both parties focused on the local transportation scene in Mongolia and conducted detailed discussions. Many transportation routes in Mongolia have large spans and bumpy sections in mining areas, resulting in low winter temperatures. Customers have inquired about the battery wide thermal management, chassis cold and corrosion resistance, and chassis strengthening solutions for G2 electric tractors to adapt to sand and gravel road conditions.
Our operations and technical team have provided targeted answers: the Xinghan G2 is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery, an exclusive temperature control system that can adapt to local low-temperature environments, and a thickened anti rust treatment on the chassis, which has good durability in the face of bumpy roads in mining areas; At the same time, the vehicle model supports customized right-hand drive details that are compatible with local regulations and charging standards in Central Asia. It can also be equipped with a localized after-sales spare parts system in the later stage to reduce the difficulty of fleet operation and maintenance. The customer expressed full recognition of the adaptation plan.
After on-site inspection, parameter verification, and technical discussions, Mongolian customers have given high praise to CAMC's international vehicle manufacturing level and new energy technology strength. The customer stated that compared to traditional diesel heavy-duty trucks, the Xinghan G2 electric tractor can meet the low-carbon transformation needs of short distance transportation and port freight in Mongolian parks, and long-term operation can reduce fleet fuel expenses.
Both parties will proceed to finalize matters such as prototype testing, customized fine-tuning, and batch delivery rhythm. Relying on Mongolia's location advantage in the logistics corridor between China, Russia, and Mongolia, CAMC International will also establish localized after-sales outlets, provide technical training, spare parts pre storage, and other supporting services to solve the worries of overseas vehicle fleets.
This inspection visit by Mongolian customers to the factory is a practical recognition of CAMC International's new energy tractor product strength in the overseas market of Central Asia. In the future, CAMC International will continue to optimize customized products based on different overseas regional road conditions, climate, and policies, steadily expand the markets along the Central Asia route, and output high-quality electric commercial vehicle solutions that are suitable for localized working conditions.
