Deepening Collaboration Between Government, Universities and Enterprises to Empower industrial Talent Development

The Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Ma'anshan City and the Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of He County, along with the President and Vice President of Anhui University of Foreign Languages, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, and other leaders, visited CAMC for international inspection and guidance

In order to further promote the deep integration of government, universities, and enterprises, accurately address industrial talent demands, and support the high-quality development of enterprises, recently, the Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Ma'anshan City and the Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of He County, together with the President and Vice President of Anhui Foreign Languages Institute, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, and other leaders, recently visited CAMC International for inspection, exchange and guidance. Company leaders and department representatives warmly welcomed the delegation and participated in discussions throughout the visit. 

During the inspection the delegation focused on CAMC International's business development strategy and talent requirements . Accompanied by company representatives the visiting leaders toured the office area and product exhibition display to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s development history , global market expansion, and future strategic plan. The delegation also learned about CAMC International’s current talent structure, challenges in talent recruitment, and future human resources requirements during the company’s ongoing  globalization and internationalization transformation. The delegation highly praised CAMC International for its strong commitment to international market development and its achievements in product innovation, talent cultivation, and global business expansion. Particular recognition was given to the company's continuous investment in professional talent development and team building.

During the symposium, company leaders introduced CAMC International’s development journey, future strategic objectives and current talent demands. They emphasized the urgent need for highly skilled technical professionals, international trade specialists, and multidisciplinary management talents to support the company’s growing international operations. The director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that the human resources and social security department will continue to play a bridging role between enterprises and educational institutions. By further strengthening the "hundred schools, thousand enterprises" cooperation initiative, the bureau aims to leverage Ma'anshan's favorable talent development policies to build a precise and efficient cooperation platform connecting enterprises with universities to provide comprehensive services in talent recruitment, skills training, school enterprise cooperation, policy guidance and support. These efforts will help ensure a stable talent supply for enterprises while supporting their long-term growth and competitiveness.

The President of Anhui University of Foreign Languages introduced the school's educational characteristics and talent cultivation achievements in foreign language and foreign trade, international business, cross-border e-commerce and other fields. He expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to establish a long-term strategic partnership with CAMC International. Proposed areas of cooperation which include jointly building internship and training bases, implementing customized talent training programs, and cultivating high-quality foreign language and international trade professionals to support the company’s global business expansion.  Meanwhile,the Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui University of Finance and Economics shared potential cooperation opportunities in financial management, marketing, supply chain management, and industrial economic research, based on the advantages of disciplines such as economics, management, and accounting, to help enterprises optimize their management systems, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen market competitiveness.

During the meeting all three parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding school enterprise cooperation models, talent training programs, and internship programs and employment integration mechanisms laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation. The visit and guidance of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and university presidents this time is an important measure for the government, universities, and enterprises to jointly promote development.
