Q: How many engines can your factory produce annually?
A: Hello, we can produce nearly 100000 units annually. Nearly 8500 units per month.
Q: Do you accept custom order? What's is your MOQ order?
A:Yes, we do. Our MOQ is 1 unit.
Q: Do you have ISO certification?
A: Yes, we have ISO, CCC, BV certifications. Please contact us to obtain the certificate.
Q:How about the delivery time?
A: Most of our trucks have stock and we can deliver to you within 7 days. If specially ordered, normally we need around 30 days for production.
Q: What is the warranty?
A:Two years or 5 thousand hours. We offer all spare parts free of charge during warranty period. After this period, spare parts are not free. What's more, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with engine and generator set free of charge.
Q:How to choose the right model?
A:It depends on continuous output power, Voltage, Frequency and fuel type.
Q:How is the after sale service and maintenance ?
A : We offer installation, repair and maintain service abroad. And online quide service if needed anytime. Our before-sale, in-sale and after-sale service are all trustable, you can name it.
