Its core structure integrates a top mounted camshaft, an integral cylinder head, and a symmetrical gantry cylinder block. The layout of the rear gear chamber increases transmission efficiency by 15%; Innovative application of double-layer water jacket cooling technology improves heat dissipation performance by 30% compared to traditional designs. Combined with deep skirt cavity structure and symmetrical cylinder block, it achieves uniform stress distribution and overall high strength, ensuring stable operation of ships under long-term harsh working conditions. The piston system optimizes the internal cooling oil circuit and applies high-temperature refractory materials to balance strength and thermal management requirements.
