The CAMC X7E is a 6 × 4 left-hand drive electric tractor designed specifically for medium to long-distance efficient logistics, combining high load-bearing capacity, intelligent safety, and green power technology. Its 302 (8+5mm) high-strength beam frame and 180 balance axis structure ensure excellent load-bearing capacity, while the 4.875 axis ratio and 50mm high ground clearance optimize handling stability under complex road conditions. The power system adopts a combination of Green Source 315/460kW (EM310H46-a) drive motor and J4S280 gearbox, paired with Ningde Times 422kWh (12 sets of L228 C01) high-energy battery system, providing strong and long-lasting power output.
The car supports charging version exchange mode, equipped with European standard charging interface, compatible with mainstream charging facilities, and improves operational efficiency. Operation Guide
1. Startup and power system management
Pre start check: Ensure that the battery level is ≥ 20% (Ningde Times 422kWh system), check the 12R22.5 tire pressure (standard 7.5bar) and the beam structure for any abnormalities.
Power switching: The motor (EM310H46-a) needs to be started after the self check is completed. Slowly press the switch to avoid instantaneous high load. It is recommended to shift the J4S280 gearbox within 2000rpm.
2. Charging and battery maintenance
Charging mode: Priority should be given to using the European standard CCS2 fast charging (0-80% for about 1.5 hours), and the battery pack (L228 C01) should be locked in place for the battery swapping mode.
Low temperature protection: Battery preheating function should be enabled below -20 ℃ (set through a 10 inch terminal) to avoid affecting the performance of the 150Ah battery.
3. Driving and handling skills
Load adaptability: Pay attention to the slope angle (recommended ≤ 15 °) when the ground clearance is 50mm high. The turning radius of the 4.875 axle is larger than that of the vehicle model, and space needs to be reserved.
Energy recovery: It is recommended to activate the strong recovery mode in gear B on long downhill sections, which can improve the range by 8-12% (with ESC anti-skid adjustment).
4. Use of security system
Intelligent warning: When the LDW/FCW system is activated at ≥ 60km/h, the dashboard will display a warning icon; Keep the brake pedal pressed continuously when ABS intervenes.
Emergency handling: If ESC is triggered, immediately release the switch and hold the steering wheel firmly to avoid sudden turning.
