Adopting an offset-cab layout (the cab is offset to one side of the body) paired with a panoramic windshield design, it significantly expands the driver’s operational visibility—enabling clear observation of container hitching and surrounding working conditions, thus reducing blind-spot risks in narrow port areas. The body uses a box-welded frame process, balancing lightweight and heavy-load bearing strength: the curb weight is only 9.5 tons, with a standard total weight of up to 42 tons, and a maximum total weight of 75 tons under overloaded conditions, meeting the heavy-load transshipment needs of port containers.
Equipped with a 220kW (peak 360kW) permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 4-speed AMT automatic gearbox, it delivers 1500N·m rated torque and 2100N·m peak torque—ensuring smooth startup and sufficient low-speed torque, which fits the low-speed and high-frequency operation rhythm of ports. It is configured with a CATL 282kWh LFP battery pack, providing a standard-load range of 110-130km. A2: We equip our trucks with batteries sourced from CATL, a globally recognized pioneer in the energy storage industry. Every battery unit passes a series of strict quality verification tests—including water spray resistance, fire endurance, nail penetration, collision resistance, and compression tolerance—before rolling off the production line. Moreover, these batteries support over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles, ensuring long-term stable performance.
A3: As a general recommendation, constructing a battery swapping station is advisable when your vehicle fleet size reaches 15 units or above. This infrastructure will significantly enhance your daily energy replenishment efficiency.
