The CAMC 8 × 4 electric dump truck is a new energy benchmark model specially designed for urban infrastructure and mining transportation. It is equipped with a high-power electric drive system of 270-480 horsepower, with a peak torque of 2500N · m, perfectly suitable for construction waste removal, earthwork transportation and other scenarios. Its core advantage lies in the combination of zero emission power and intelligence, equipped with a luxurious cab and a multifunctional interactive system, supporting OTA remote upgrades, and real-time monitoring of battery health and operational data.
The whole vehicle adopts a high-strength and lightweight frame, with a maximum load capacity of 35 tons. It can recover 80% of its power in 1 hour of fast charging, and the range meets the daily operation demand of 200km. Multi mode energy recovery system (efficiency ≥ 30%) combined with intelligent temperature control technology ensures stable operation in all climates from -30 ℃ to 50 ℃. At present, this model has passed the EU ECE R100 safety certification and has become the preferred equipment for green mining and municipal engineering in markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Operation Guide
1.Pre-Start Inspection：Carefully check whether the tire pressure meets the standard, whether the hydraulic oil level is within the standard range, and confirm that the cargo bed is fully reset without deviation.
2.Driving Precautions：Strictly prohibit overloading. Be sure to slow down when turning or driving on ramps, and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
3.Unloading Operation Process：Park on a flat and solid ground, pull the handbrake tightly → unlock the cargo bed locking device → slowly operate the hydraulic lever to lift the cargo bed → reset the cargo bed after unloading and check again whether the locking state is firm.
4.Daily Maintenance Points：Clean the air filter regularly, inspect the tightness of the hydraulic system pipelines, and replace the engine oil in a timely manner according to the specified mileage.
