This week, a professional logistics procurement delegation from Nepal visited the CAMC production base of Hanma Technology to conduct a multi day on-site inspection and vehicle verification work. The focus of this customer research is on the H9 series electric tractor, electric dump truck, and remote Super Van box transport vehicle. We will conduct in-depth research on the vehicle manufacturing process, performance of the three electric systems, and mountain working condition adaptation solutions. We will conduct in-depth consultations on bulk procurement, regional distribution, and after-sales support. This visit is an important opportunity for CAMC to deeply cultivate the South Asian market, and will further improve the brand's business layout in cross-border logistics and urban-rural distribution along the Himalayas.

1Visit the exhibition hall and production workshop to systematically understand the layout of all product categories

At the beginning of the investigation, both parties completed a meeting and took a group photo in the front hall of the enterprise, officially starting the research itinerary. Our business and technical personnel first led the customer to visit the product exhibition hall and the vehicle manufacturing workshop. In front of the new energy product spectrum exhibition board, engineers explained the power architecture, range configuration, and load-bearing parameters of H9 electric tractor, electric dump truck, methanol powered product, and Super Van van one by one. Based on the current situation of rugged mountain roads, large temperature differences between day and night, and gradual construction of basic charging facilities in Nepal, the customer has made detailed inquiries about key indicators such as battery temperature control system, chassis ground clearance, heavy-duty climbing ability, and vehicle anti-corrosion performance. Our technical personnel have provided answers based on past South Asian landing cases.

After entering the production workshop, customers can observe the entire process of vehicle welding, final assembly, and factory inspection on site, view the precision machine tool processing parts and vehicle assembly line, and intuitively feel the CAMC standardized production control system. The customer stated that strict production quality inspection standards are an important guarantee for vehicles to adapt to long-term operation in complex mountainous areas, and highly praised the factory's mature new energy commercial vehicle manufacturing capabilities.

2Multi scenario real car test drive and inspection to verify the adaptability to local working conditions

In order to provide customers with a clear understanding of the actual performance of the vehicle, we have arranged multi wheel cab experience and factory road test drive. The customer sat in the H9 electric tractor cab, experienced the steering control, shock absorption effect, cabin storage and resting space on site, and evaluated the driving comfort of long-distance freight drivers; For electric dump trucks, customers focus on inspecting the lifting hydraulic structure and box strength to determine durability in short distance transportation scenarios of sand, gravel, and debris.

In addition, customers will test drive the remote Super Van box type transport vehicle to investigate the practicality of commercial distribution and small parcel logistics transportation within the city. Nepal has numerous slopes and some roads have poor pavement conditions. During the test drive, the customer focused on testing the vehicle's starting power output and braking stability; Simultaneously inspect the frame and suspension structure to confirm whether the entire vehicle can adapt to heavy loads and bumpy road conditions in mountainous areas. After actual testing and experience, the customer recognizes the vehicle's power reserve and chassis strength, and believes that multiple models can be adapted to the local transportation scene in Nepal.

3In depth negotiations on business technology, planning localized implementation and supporting solutions

After the on-site vehicle inspection is completed, both parties will conduct special business and technical negotiations. The technical team has introduced customizable upgraded configurations such as battery thermal management, chassis anti-corrosion, dust reinforcement, etc. to ensure stable operation of vehicles in high and low temperature environments, in response to the large temperature difference and high humidity in some areas of Nepal's mountainous regions; The business team provided explanations on supporting services such as export customs declaration, sea freight clearance, local spare parts warehousing, driver operation and maintenance training, remote fault diagnosis, etc., to eliminate customers' after-sales concerns about overseas car use.

The merchant introduced the current situation of the local market: Nepal's mining area transportation, cross-border transportation at ports, and urban distribution are all accelerating the replacement of new energy. H9 electric tractors and dump trucks are suitable for mining area and port logistics, and Super Van can undertake urban supermarkets and express delivery. The market demand for these two product lines is broad. The customer plans to first implement small-scale trial operation orders, collect actual operational data, and then expand the procurement scale, while exploring the possibility of becoming a regional distributor for cooperation.

Conclusion

The Nepalese customer's visit to the factory for vehicle inspection represents the comprehensive performance of CAMC's new energy products, which has been recognized by downstream customers in South Asia. In the future, CAMC International will continue to optimize vehicle customization and configuration based on local road conditions, regulations, and energy conditions, establish a localized spare parts supply and technical service network, rely on a complete product matrix of electric tractors, electric dump trucks, and light box vehicles, deeply explore the South Asian new energy commercial vehicle market, and assist countries along the route in the green transformation of logistics transportation.
