CAMC Welcomed Second Visit from European Clients, Exploring New Avenues for Cooperation

On September 24th, a delegation from a renowned European transportation enterprise visited CAMC for the second time this year. The repeat visit focused on methanol engine technology and production lines, signaling the client’s continued trust in CAMC’s new energy innovation. Both sides held in-depth discussions on expanding cooperation and customizing future products, laying a more solid foundation for long-term partnership in the European market.

As a highly influential logistics and transportation company in Europe, the client has long  recognized CAMC's technical capabilities in the field of new energy power systems. Since their initial collaboration, CAMC’s methanol engine have demonstrated outstanding performance in real-world testing delivering lightweight efficiency, ultra-low fuel consumption and minimal emissions. This consistent reliability and innovation became a key reason behind the delegation’s return visit. Their aim was to further explore how CAMC’s methanol technology could help European fleets meet increasingly stringent environmental standards while maintaining performance and profitability.

Accompanied by the CAMC technical and management team, the European delegation toured the methanol engine production workshop and testing center, gaining a close look at the rigorous quality control systems and precision manufacturing process that define  CAMC's engineering standards. During the visit, the CAMC team provided detailed explanations of the low-carbon advantages of methanol energy. Methanol fuel contains no dust, sulfur, or nitrogen compounds, and its use can significantly reduce air pollution and smog. Compared with gasoline, methanol-powered vehicles can reduce carbon emissions by over 15%, offering a viable and scalable solution for Europe’s decarbonization efforts.  All the technical questions and customization requests raised by the client were addressed by CAMC’s engineers with professional expertise and transparency, further reinforcing the client’s confidence in CAMC’s technological depth and customer focus.

At the subsequent negotiation meeting, both parties reviewed their successful cooperation to date and reached several new consensuses. On one hand, the client expressed plans to expand the procurement scale of CAMC methanol engines. On the other hand, both sides agreed to jointly carry out "customized R&D" projects, optimizing the various performances of the engines based on the specific market demands of the local area to enhance the adaptability of the products in local scenarios.
