Test Methods for Concrete Mixer Trucks and the integration of modular design concept, the advanced design means, including PROVE 3D software are taken for the design, calculation, structural analysis and simulation, and test of various mixer truck systems, whole vahicles, and critical structural parts and the finite element enalysis are taken for the critical structures including frame by ANSYS software. Covering 6-18m3 full-series, the products are leading the market trend and have formed the outstanding advantages of high efficiancy, low residue rate, uniform mixing, longer life, and high fuel-saving and environmental-fniendiness. The products have been leading the industry for more than 10 years and are exported to more than 30 countries and regions in North Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
