The tire pressure (8.5 bar for the drive wheel/7.0 bar for the guide wheel), hydraulic oil level (MIN-MAX range for the dipstick), and cleanliness of the mixing drum ensure that there is no concrete residue affecting the balance of operation.
During the driving phase, it is necessary to strictly comply with the loading limit (6m ³ vehicle ≤ 9 tons), maintain a rotation speed of 3-8r/min for the mixing drum, turn with a radius of ≥ 12 meters and a speed ≤ 20km/h, and use engine assisted braking on long downhill slopes. The unloading operation should be carried out on a ground with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 8MPa. The mixing drum should be turned around for 2-3 minutes before unloading at an angle of ≤ 15 ° to prevent concrete segregation.
