CAMC compact CNG generator engine, inline six cylinder four stroke, turbocharged intercooled, displacement 9.8L, cylinder diameter x stroke 128 x 153mm, rated power generation 220kW@1500rpm The net weight is 1180kg, and the overall size is 1480 × 720 × 1060mm. It is equipped with WOODWARD electronic control gas control system, single point intake manifold injection, suitable for 50Hz generator set, can use compressed natural gas CNG, compatible with methane content ≥ 85% gas source, meets non road emission requirements, and is suitable for industrial and mining backup power supply, off grid power station, and project site power supply scenarios.
Adopting lean combustion closed-loop electronic control technology, gas atomization and mixing are sufficient, with a minimum gas consumption of ≤ 195g/kW · h, effectively reducing operating costs. Independent high-pressure ignition module, fast response speed, excellent cold engine start-up performance, automatic adjustment of air-fuel ratio under high and low altitude conditions, ensuring stable output power, reducing detonation risk, and adapting to complex gas source conditions in multiple overseas regions.
High strength alloy cylinder body, B10 lifespan of 80000 hours, water-cooled heat dissipation structure, high temperature resistance and dust resistance. The overall layout of the machine is compact, occupying a small space, making it easy to integrate cabin type and containerized generator sets. Comes with multiple protections: overspeed, high temperature, low oil pressure, abnormal gas protection, automatic fault alarm and shutdown, reducing the risk of equipment damage, centralized maintenance points, and convenient maintenance.
It can be used as a main or backup power source, covering power supply for mines, construction sites, remote villages and towns, and oil and gas projects. It supports 50Hz overseas mainstream power grids and can be matched with parallel control cabinets to achieve multi machine parallel operation.
