The CAMC H7 6 × 4 electric tractor is a new energy benchmark product specially designed for heavy-duty logistics transportation. It is equipped with a 360kW high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor and a Hanma 9-speed AMT intelligent transmission, with a peak torque of 2400N · m. Combined with CATL high-energy density lithium iron phosphate battery pack, it can achieve a single charge endurance of 400 kilometers (C-WTVC working condition). The whole vehicle has passed a rigorous road test of 700000 kilometers, and the three electric system maintains stable output even in extreme environments ranging from -30 ℃ to 50 ℃, supporting fast charging to 80% of battery capacity in 1 hour. Adopting a lightweight integrated frame design, with a rated load capacity of 49 tons, equipped with an intelligent dual stage braking energy recovery system (recovery efficiency ≥ 30%) and a four channel EBS+ESC electronic control system, the braking performance of heavy-duty downhill is improved by 35%. The driver's cabin is equipped with fully suspended air suspension and ergonomic seats, with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 15 inch intelligent central control screen. NVH optimization keeps the cabin noise within 58dB. This model has passed the latest EU ECE R100.03 electric vehicle safety certification, making it particularly suitable for high-intensity transportation scenarios such as port containers and steel plant short haul ships. Currently, it has achieved mass operation in markets such as Northern Europe and Southeast Asia.
